Mar, 2007: The putting green is working quite nicely (when we have time to use it).  The next objective is to find some appropriate furniture that doesn't cost a fortune.

October, 2006: Well, the landscaping is just about done.  The front patio is finished as is the back and side patios, but now we just need the putting green to get installed.  We've had a few delays with some wet weather, but we've got hope.

May, 2006:The ongoing furniture quest made some progress with the dining room table and entertainment hutch arriving.  Now we just need to get rid of the extra couch and find a new chair for the family room. 

1/24/06: Most of the boxes are unpacked, and some furniture is on order, but we'll need much, much more.  And then there's the whole "yard" thing that we need to figure out. (at least Donna will allow a putting green in the back!).

1/6/06: Moving day!  Hiring movers was the best idea I've had in a long time.  Now to unpack the boxes.

12/30: Closing day!  We got the keys and dropped of the first boxes.  Filling this place might be a challenge.

12/21: Final walk-through today!  Not too bad, just a dozen or so things to clean up. The hardwood floors turned out great!  Donna really likes how the master bath looks with the tile around the tub and on the floor.

11/27: If the builder is serious about his "Dec 29th Close Date", we're about a month out!  Final walkthrough is still scheduled for the 21st. The flooring starts this week and we won't be allowed in after that so we'll be down to peeking in windows.

11/19: Well, now they're saying the close date is Dec. 29 (back from the 30th), with a final walk-through on the 21st.  Our fingers will be crossed, but we won't be holding our breath.

In the meantime, we'll keep doing our weekly visits and post the pictures here.
